Welcome! This is a website dedicated to the uninitiated, those who are unfamiliar with Terry Pratchett's absurd satirical Discworld novels. Discworld resides in fantasy, populated with witches, wizards, trolls, dwarves, elves, vampires, lycanthropes, golems, gnomes, dragons, tyrants, and your occasional normal human. It is where dwarves flock to the big city in hopes of better wages and a better life. It is where it's considered blasphemy for golems to be given voices to speak with. It is where aristocrats confuse bravery for reckless stupidity and go to war with a desert nation for a land that is only useful during war.  It's a fantasy world, completely
and utterly unlike ours.
